Some offers on rivenflo.com include recurring digital subscriptions. This policy explains how they work. The exact price and billing frequency of every subscription are always shown on the product page, in your cart, and on the checkout page before you confirm your order.
1. Our subscriptions.
- Digital Access - instant digital edition access. The first 30 days cost $0.00. After that it is billed at $2.99 every 30 days until you cancel.
- Weekly dispatch subscriptions (The Human Nature Dispatch, Social Security Weekly, and Parenting Weekly) - a new digital guide delivered weekly in the line you subscribed to. The first week costs $0.00. After that it is billed at $9.99 every week until you cancel.
Each subscription is offered alongside its related book and is pre-selected on the product page, with its price and billing schedule shown next to it. Each one goes into your cart as its own line. You can switch it off on the product page, or remove it from your cart, before you pay. You can buy the book without it.
2. What Digital Access includes. As a Digital Access subscriber, you get instant access to the digital edition of your book, kept in your account so you can re-download it any time.
3. Pricing at checkout. Every subscription's cost and billing frequency are always displayed on the checkout page before you complete your purchase. What you see at checkout is exactly what you will be billed.
4. Recurring billing. By subscribing, you authorise UndLiquid ОÜ and our payment processor, Shopify Payments, to charge your payment method automatically each billing cycle until you cancel. If a free or introductory period applies, billing begins automatically at the end of that period unless you cancel before it ends.
5. Cancellation. You can cancel at any time, with no commitment. Log in to your account and open Subscriptions, where you can pause, edit, or cancel yourself. You can also follow the account link in any order confirmation we email you, or email info@rivenflo.com. If you hold more than one subscription and ask us to cancel without saying which, we cancel all of them; if you want to keep one, just tell us which. Cancelling stops all future charges immediately. To avoid being billed for the next cycle, cancel before your next renewal date.
6. Refunds. Refunds are handled under our Refund Policy. Digital Access charges are non-refundable once they have been processed. Weekly dispatch charges are refundable only if requested before that week's issue has been sent; once sent, the charge is final. Cancelling is always immediate and never depends on whether a refund applies.
7. Price changes. We may change subscription prices. We will give you advance notice, and any change applies only to billing cycles after the notice.
