Awakening to Human Nature and its bonus guides are digital downloads. Because these files can be accessed immediately after purchase, all sales are generally final. However, we stand behind the book with a 100% money-back guarantee: if you're not satisfied, contact us within 14 days of your purchase through our contact page and we will issue a full refund, no questions asked.

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, email us through our contact page with the order number used at checkout. Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card provider.

Subscriptions

Recurring subscriptions, such as The Human Nature Dispatch, can be cancelled at any time to stop future charges. Cancelling does not refund charges already processed for the current billing period, but you will retain access to any content already delivered for that period. If you believe you were charged in error, contact us within 14 days of the charge for a review.
